Section 6.5.7 - DC Source Status Byte Changes

Justification:
Byte 3 Bit 4-5: Besides charging sources, loads may also need to terminate when the DC Source has reached its low temperature limit, although the temperature limit for loads will be much lower than that for charging sources.
Byte 3 Bit 6-7: The DC Source may also be disconnected from the load bus due to reaching its lower temperature limit.
Byte 4 Bit 0-1: Besides loads, charging sources may also need to terminate when the DC Source has reached its upper temperature limit, although the temperature limit for loads will be higher than that for charging sources.
Byte 4 Bit 2-3: The DC Source may also be disconnected from the load bus due to reaching its upper temperature limit.
Byte 4 Bit 4-5: Besides loads, charging sources may also need to terminate when the DC Source has reached its upper current limit.
Byte 4 Bit 2-3: The DC Source may also be disconnected from the charge bus due to reaching its upper current limit.
